Re-roofs

A re-roof is for when your roof needs attention but your tiles are still in good condition.

In older properties the old bodging will eventually break down but some clay tiles, for example Staffordhire Blue tiles, will last for many years after the old bodging or felt has perished.

We strip off your tiles to replace the felt and batten but reinstate the existing tiles back onto the roof. 

This can be a cheaper alternative to a complete new roof and on older properties in Terraced rows for example the older tiles should be reinstated to prevent the property looking out of place amongst its surrondings.
